They did a good job. Only problem was I was over charged fifteen bucks. Called when I got home. Had to credit account. To fix it they said I would have to call back they would have to write up another servi fifteen bucks. Called when I got home. Had to credit account. Chris was nice and helpful when I first arrived there. They recommend a 4 x 4 service for my all wheel drive. Not sure if that is correct. My brother said the two are different. The other recommendation was to rotate tires which is what they just did. Or at least was suppose to do. I hope they did. Is a bit conflicting to suggest to do something that was just done. Makes a person question if it was done. I did get charged for it. As far as would I recommend Kia maybe. I wouldn’t oversell it. But that is not an option and I can’t send this in if I don’t complete it. I will hit yes. More
No Fix It took Weston over 48 hours to figure out what the problem was. It should have only taken a few hours. I feel other vehicles and customers took priority over my visit. Then they said the part was not available, they don’t use second hand parts nor do they order on line. If I got the part, they would put it in. Fortunately they cut the diagnosis price in half. I took the vehicle home. Now this is a Chevy 2002 Suburban to keep things in perspective, not an old car. I searched locally and found I could have the part in a few hours. I searched Amazon online and found it even lesser in price delivered the next day. All were manufactured and sold by Dorman, a well known parts supplier. I bought the Amazon part, put it in myself and it works fine now. My feeling you just don’t want my business. Others took priority over me, efforts were not made to find the part not sold by GM. More
