I was directed to make 5 choices as to the types of service I wanted. I made 5 choices, but an estimated price was never provided, so I asked for a call from the dealership. They returned my call and said it would be $105. I ended up paying $135 with an additional cost for an air cabin filter that I gave permission to replace. I just would have liked to have known what the pricing model was and what I would expect to pay. Other auto sites I’ve used provide estimated prices. More

Weston KIA delivers outstanding service The gas gauge on my 2015 KIA Optima had begun malfunctioning and my check engine light had come on. After getting estimates from two other repair shop The gas gauge on my 2015 KIA Optima had begun malfunctioning and my check engine light had come on. After getting estimates from two other repair shops, I called Weston KIA and spoke with a service advisor named Angela. She listened to my concerns and put me on hold for a couple of minutes. When she came back on the line, she told me that she had spoken to her service manager and parts department, and gave me an estimate that was substantially lower than the estimates I had received from the other shops, She made an appointment for me for the following afternoon, and when I brought my car in, they fixed it and gave me a senior discount which lowered the cost another 30 dollars below her initial estimate. Thank you Weston KIA for giving me such outstanding service at such an affordable price! More

Service review We had been chasing this anti feeder leak since our engine was replaced, at times I was told my nose was too sensitive and it wasn’t leaking, it was a We had been chasing this anti feeder leak since our engine was replaced, at times I was told my nose was too sensitive and it wasn’t leaking, it was and by the time it was found, after many trips to the service center, it was determined it was due to age vs anything to do with the engine replacement. Interesting as it was fine prior to the engine replacement so it appears this was just an easy out to not take care of it. More
