Customer Service This was my 4th or 5th visit to Weston’s service department. I had a oil change plan requiring I go to a GMC service center. Weston was the closest f This was my 4th or 5th visit to Weston’s service department. I had a oil change plan requiring I go to a GMC service center. Weston was the closest for me. The team (from cashier to advisor) never seemed to enjoy their work. I often felt as though I was inconveniencing them. During one of my visits, my advisor was out sick. The car sat there waiting for the warranty to approve services. No one worked on it. No one bothered to update me. The lack of communication and consideration is lacking. I will no longer return now that my service plan has expired. More

Front End clunk Kia Sedona I had taken my Sedona to 2 other mechanics and no one seemed to know what caused the front end clunk. I was hesitant to bring it to a dealership becau I had taken my Sedona to 2 other mechanics and no one seemed to know what caused the front end clunk. I was hesitant to bring it to a dealership because I thought their costs would be higher. I wish I had used the dealership initially; the costs were comparable and their knowledge surpassed the others. My only complaint is that initially I was told that my diagnostic fee would go towards the cost of repairs but later I was told twice that this is not the case. I reached Dan Scofield, the service manager and he told me he would let them know that my diagnostic would indeed go towards repairs. I am very pleased with the repairs. More
