I was taken for a ride! While I was checking in to get my $35 oil change, the man at the counter began to tell me a sad story about his life. While I was listening kindly t While I was checking in to get my $35 oil change, the man at the counter began to tell me a sad story about his life. While I was listening kindly to him he gave me the work order to sign. I thought I was signing for my oil change that would have cost $35, but he slipped in these other filters that cost me a total of $94 ! I would have never agreed to a cabin filter ! For $43 The only thing he came in to asked me about while I was in the waiting room was a $17 lightbulb for my license plates which I quickly said no to . Don’t take your eyes off of your goal and read the paper they hand you or else you’ll wind up with unacceptable charges you had no idea about! More

Smooth Transaction I went in for a scheduled maintenance. I called to schedule, and spoke to Mike. He was able to get me in on a day and time that worked for me. I was able to drop off my Yukon, and work on the free WiFi while I waited for a friend to pick me up. Mike called and gave me an update, and recommended changing one filter that was dirty. My car was ready shorty after that. The bill was simple and the coupon that I brought in was already applied. Thank you Mike, and Weston for an excellent service experience. More
