I called Weston Pontiac for advice because my car was in a shop that I felt was taking advantage of me. In speaking with Brian had me bring my car in this was on Friday and they weren't supposed to to be a a shop that I felt was taking advantage of me. In speaking with Brian had me bring my car in this was on Friday and they weren't supposed to to be able to look at my car until Monday. I get a call maybe an hour and a half after dropping it off and Brian had an answer as to what was wrong with my car. Brian had some extra time and was able to look at it the same day I dropped it off instead of waiting until Monday. The level of customer service at Weston was exceptional. It's great to know there's a place I can take my car where I can feel confident that my repairs are going to be done properly, in a timely manner and I'm not going to be charged absorbent ridiculous prices thank you so much Brian and Weston Pontiac. More
I was never contacted to tell me my car was ready. Only check engine light dealt with, I told rep that I was told my radiator cap was bad and that I needed fluid, nothing addressed, at least not noted. your service department needs more employees to answer phones and looking up previous work orders, communication, questions, ext..... the constant comments from the service department about how they are phones and looking up previous work orders, communication, questions, ext..... the constant comments from the service department about how they are to busy to help when ever i call due to the lunch hour or shortage of workers . if its broken then fix it!!!! we drive 45 to 50 min out of out way to come to your store because it use to be top notch!! not anymore!!!!
