My visit to Weston Kia was a good one.Everyone was nice that I talked to.The girl that took my keys explained to me that I would also need a new filter,and she showed me the old one.So I did that along wit that I talked to.The girl that took my keys explained to me that I would also need a new filter,and she showed me the old one.So I did that along with my oil change. The oil change and fuel filter change was as expected. I was disappointed that tire rotation was an additional charge and the car wash was a voucher to a “Washman”. I felt both your service department and sales department including Brad was more in the moment instead of thinking of creating a long term relationship. Maybe I am being over sensitive, but I buy a new truck every five years and always get my trucks serviced by the dealer. I understand that it is a dealer/sellers “market” at the moment, but we all know how the industry cycles. More

While I was there having a recall issue taken care of, I also had my tires rotated. This is the second time my tires have been rotated and I was charged for it? I made a service appointment over two weeks ago for the replacement of a part in a recall. I came in for my appointment, sat around for 45 minutes, and then was told that you did not have the part in stock replacement of a part in a recall. My back passenger window will or go up. Went for service. The window was up. Fell down again a few days later. Parts were ordered. 3 weeks out. Had family with a year old baby. Had to borrow a car.
