The salesmen Lukas and the sales manager were both very kind. The only issues I have are and I realized this is a pre-owned vehicle but we noticed a head light out and upon examination by an auto tech professional it was discovered that there was a bad connector but instead of being repaired properly, it was held together by aluminum foil and making tape. This is more than just a small repair but a safety issue. The same day we drove it off the lot, the check engine light illuminated and I had it checked as well. It was discovered that a turbo issue has occurred, as it the fuel injection system was in dire need of cleaning which I had done and the oil appeared to had not been changed in over 10,000 miles. Be wary of car fax reports that are handed to you. They are very misleading. I do not hold Lukas the salesmen liable for issues that we have already experienced. He was fabulous through the whole purchasing process. We are just somewhat disappointed of the issues that were being experienced through some lack of care for the upkeep of the vehicle. More

Well, after Harold jumped through a few hoops, he called to say the car had arrived and it was every bit as nice as we thought it would be! We got a wonderful trade in on our truck and in just a short time we were driving off the lot in our new to us car! Harold went above and beyond the call of duty so we will be using him from now on!
