Honest and Accommodating I had a pleasant experience at this dealership. The sales team is "non commission" so there is no awkward pressure that is commonly found in used car I had a pleasant experience at this dealership. However, they do want to sell cars so they're accommodating and willing to negotiate. They had a truck that I was interested in. But after driving it, I realized that there was an after market exhaust system on the truck that made it very loud. There was a time in my day when I would've thought that was cool but with a wife and two young children, that exhaust noise wasn't going to fly. Long story short, the dealership worked with me on reducing the price of the vehicle, offered me a fair trade on my trade-in vehicle (this did take some work on my part) and paid for the exhaust system to be 'replaced'. At first I was skeptical with the dealership paying for a new exhaust system but the team at Hermitage Brake and Exhaust was honest with me and explained that they stand by their work regardless of who's paying for it. I was pleased with the new exhaust system and feel very comfortable about my dealings with Wholesale Inc. Mt. Juliet. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle. -b- More
