A great experience. After 13 years with my 2004 F-150, it was time to upgrade. I have been looking for a while and finally found exactly what I was looking for -- a 2018 After 13 years with my 2004 F-150, it was time to upgrade. I have been looking for a while and finally found exactly what I was looking for -- a 2018 F-150 Supercab XLT with most of the options. There was only one in a 200 mile radius, and it was up at Zeck Chevrolet in Purcell. And the price was right. Since it was a good distance away, I asked a bunch of questions. And more questions. And more. Allie and Nicole at Zeck endured that part of my research, so I loaded up the wife and kid and up to Oklahoma we went. Micah met us when we got there with the truck ready to take on a test drive. It was everything I though it would be so we went inside to strike a deal. Everybody was nice and polite and accommodating, especially with my high-energy 7 year old boy running around. It was a great experience, and about two hours later we drove out. I didn't do a trade-in, so we didn't have to go through that. The only slightly torturous part was surviving the extended-warranty hard sale, which the F&I guy tried to do very well, but as a Dave Ramsey listener I wasn't about to do. My thanks to Micah and Allie and Nicole and Whitney and the F&I guy (can't remember his name). Zeck will definitely be a consideration the next time we purchase a vehicle. More

Great Customer Service, fast transaction and no pressure I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX from Zeck this week. It was listed on their website but was located at their Kansas location. I thought this would be a hassle but it was far from it. They sent me detailed videos of the car showing condition and thoroughly went through the Carfax. Allie was awesome and the car was transferred within 24 hours of the request for only $99.00. I showed up at the Purcell location with curious expectations because the price of the car seemed too good to be true. The car was immaculate condition, low miles and priced better than fair. The “salesman” (if you can even call him that) came out to give me a test drive and answered my questions. There were no sales tactics or pressure to buy. Micah Jones was awesome and I would highly recommend him. The no haggle process makes car buying much easier. Came back, started paper work with Brad Cook and finished with Dakota Bertrand which was super easy going. Total process was about an hour. I will be starting all of my future car searches here. Price was unbeatable, customer service was unmatched and the finance process was smooth. More
