30,000 mile service for the Canyon took the hour to complete Waiting area is clean and comfortable so the hour for the service was not a problem. Could have used shuttle service, but declined. excellent service always. We had run over an extension ladder on the interstate in the night with no way to avoid it, due to cars all around us. Took it to the dealership, the shop drove the car. (Envision). They checked all of the parts that could have been damaged, and found a plastic shield torn loose. They then called to rescheduled me....twice and then stated that they wouldn't actually have a courtesy vehicle available for me after all. After all said and done, they did get me a rental car which worked out but it was supposed to be done in 1 day and it wasn't so i had to leave my vehicle there overnight and wait until the following day to get it. It was very inconvenient, and they seemed very disorganized and inconsistent More

Service Appointment They did a good job. Delivered me to my office on a timely basis and picked me up when they were done with my car, or so we thought. Found out that They did a good job. Found out that they forgot to do one item so I had to wait in the lounge for an hour, time that I could have been at my office working. But they got it done and I was on my way. Typically the service are has done a good job and I'll forgive them for this error this time. More
