The experience was not at all what I was expecting. They were kind during the purchasing experience but not helpful at all during the trade in and business side of the transaction. They did not payoff my trade in for a month and then also didn’t send enough to payoff the full balance. They were not helpful at all and do not move quickly to address a customers problem. It was very disappointing and I don’t plan to come here again. More

Customer service was sub par. Specifically asked for paperwork to be ready before arrival as we were on a time crunch, had to wait another 30 mins. Did not get a walk through of the features of the vehicle. The vehicle was dirty and not ready for us to take so had to wait for it to be cleaned. The vibe from Jared was very money oriented not at all caring about our satisfaction. I've bought many cars and this was the least favorable moment. More
