Customer service at its best! This is my edited review. Original was 3 stars because I found out I needed a new set of brakes front and back after 10 days of owning the car. Over This is my edited review. Original was 3 stars because I found out I needed a new set of brakes front and back after 10 days of owning the car. Overall experience was great though and they gave me a fair deal on the trade-in. Porsche dealership quoted me $2200, so I wasn’t too happy. I spoke to my sales consultant Alexis and she put me in touch with her manager, Masoud, who after a brief conversation offered to replace the brakes for $1300 (their cost) which was already much better. I ended up locating a set of original Porsche brakes on eBay for half that and Masoud offered to put them on for me for FREE! And they gave me a car to drive around while they were fixing it! These guys really know how to treat their customers well! Especially two weeks after the transaction! I really wasn’t expecting that from a “used car dealer”. I am recommending these guys to everyone when they mention they are looking for a car. Thank you again! More

Did the credit app. Joey came back with the numbers. The car had to be detailed and paperwork drawn up. We left and Joey called us back when everything was ready. We arrived back expecting to sign paperwork and leave. When we got back was told there were several other customers who had to sign paperwork and would have to wait another 1 1/2 hours. The waiting was horrible. Seriously we almost changed our mind about buying at that point. But since we already had our credit checked we decided to proceed. Ecarone please work on this overall it was a positive experience but the waiting kinda made it somewhat negative. The salesman Josey did excellent and i understand this qas beyond his control. Other than the waiting I believe we got a good deal and purchased a good car More
