The dealership had a nice selection of cars to choose from. I enjoyed the experience up until after I purchased the car. Everyone appeared friendly and helpful. The financing person informed me that they could hold my paperwork until the next day because I wanted to speak with my insurance company to see if they covered GAP insurance. I called eCarOne the following day after I purchased my car to tell them that I didn’t need the GAP as my insurance would cover it. To my surprise, they had already submitted my paperwork despite telling me they would hold it. The sad part was that it wasn’t even noon. I requested the GAP cancellation form. I had to call three times, and three different sales people told me that they would send the cancellation form to me over a period of two days. I only received the form after I was sent a survey, and i indicated that I would not be completing the survey until I got the cancellation form. I’ve had my car about 2.5 weeks and I’m still going through the GAP cancellation process. This could have been avoided if the financing team had of just kept their word and held the paperwork until the following day. That dishonesty leaves me with a somewhat negative experience. More
