I was in the market for a new car and visited multiple dealerships. While my experience with other dealerships was unpleasant (to put it mildly) eCarOne was quite the opposite - and that is in large part dealerships. While my experience with other dealerships was unpleasant (to put it mildly) eCarOne was quite the opposite - and that is in large part due to Kim Tran. She had cars ready for me to test drive and she was extremely professional. There were no pushy sales tactics, just a professional who existed to serve the customer and showed genuine interest in assisting me with my purchase. And in doing so, I was happy to give them my business. The transaction was smooth & quick due to their staff. I will very likely purchase my next car from them in the near future. More
I want to first say that Adam was very nice and friendly. I was a little annoyed about what he said to me when I asked him what can be done about the price of the car I wanted to buy, he told me "We don't n I was a little annoyed about what he said to me when I asked him what can be done about the price of the car I wanted to buy, he told me "We don't negotiate". I thought that was cold and harsh. I don't know if he just didn't want to negotiate with us or what because I've read some of the reviews and it seemed like other people were getting great deals. I also have a problem with Elias from finance. He told me and my guy that he was going to get me some money off the wheel package, but when I looked at my paperwork, he did not. When I got my paperwork in the mail from the finance company and saw the amount I immediately brought it to his attention and he said he didn't remember saying it(VERY DISAPPOINTING). I bought my car on January 2nd and on January 15th it had to go to the dealer for service(blower was making noise when the heat was on) and the motor had to be replaced. Now today is the 18th and my easy exit/entry is not working,(the seat doesn't go back when I exit and don't come forward when I enter and start the car) so I have to go back to the dealer for service. I will not be going back to EcarOne to purchase any more vehicles nor will I be recommending them to family/friends. I don't think their cars are pre-certified. I had to put windshield washer fluid in my car today. As much as the car I bought cost, I shouldn't need to do anything or have any problems. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED!! More
