Showroom experience is great but the purchase experience itself was poor. Salesman had very poor communication skills and didn't describe the process well. We were not pressured into anything and I really appreciate the "no hassle" sales. Since they mostly deal with luxury cars (we bought a Jeep from there) we got the best deal for our BMW trade in. Rocky and the team were very helpful and worked with us to get the best deal possible for financing as well. These guys were great and I would highly recommend them! I called ahead to schedule a time to test drive a few different cars I had in mind. When it came to Finance, Ozzie was a genuine guy to deal with. He even beat my own banks interest rates! The car was ready for me the same day and I am loving my 7 series. I've recommended these guys to family, friends and strangers alike. I will be back to purchase my next vehicle from Rocky and Ozzie as they have changed my views on how dealerships should and could operate...
