Mahmoud this is a complete mischaracterization. We provided knowledge of how many keys came with the car upfront and transparently. Over 30 photos were posted, and Kim went over the keys before you completed your purchase. We are completely transparent, and we stand by our honest staff and business model that has provided thousands of cars to clients all over our nation. This desire of yours to pressure us to buy you something that we explained did not come with the vehicle will not work. We wish you the best sir.

I was not informed that the car wouldn't pair with the vehicle app using only one key, highlighting a lack of transparency and honesty, its pure misleading by mentioning the number of picture of the car were posted. This situation seems to exploit customers unknowingly. Upon discovering the issue and promptly notifying Kim, she followed up with her manager, Scott, who later conveyed that the car was sold "AS IS," indicating limited remote functionalities. Following my review, Scott contacted me confrontationally, insisting on the removal of the feedback. I trust that eCarOne's management will address this matter appropriately, considering the dealership's otherwise positive reputation.
