Great to see all the positive reviews-mine was not good. When we found the vehicle we wanted, it did get off to a decent start, then rapidly went downhill. We live out of town and asked if we needed t When we found the vehicle we wanted, it did get off to a decent start, then rapidly went downhill. We live out of town and asked if we needed to do anything regarding a license plate. We were told it would be mailed to us. A few weeks later, with no license plate having been sent, we inquired as to the status as the date was running out on our temporary tag. We were advised the ECarOne inspection had expired. Their customer service person emailed us, indicating they’d reached out a couple of times to us, with no response. We never received any communication and ECarOne has yet to produce a text, email or voice mail message to this effect. We were lied to and falsely accused of not responding. So we would have to take our time and pay for the reinspection, necessary because their customer services person failed to do their job-as customer services person. Then we were advised the State needs a copy. We were told they (ECarOne) would send us a Fed Ex envelope for quick turnaround. We said great, but we’re heading out for a long weekend and left the next day. We leave on a Thursday, come back Monday morning, still no Fed Ex envelope. We call them again. Later that day the manager to his credit left me a voice mail, indicating his team dropped the ball on a number of occasions (I’ve saved that voice mail) and would like to make it right by offering us a gift card. Okay, for a $60,000 vehicle, that’s nice but we still don’t have plates and the expiration date is coming quick and they haven’t sent us a FedEx envelope. They send it the next day, and we get license plates the day after the temporary tag expired. One final thing for those of you scoring at home. Because of the multiple snafus, we asked the manager some days ago to look at all the paperwork, to make sure it is line with State law. We’ve not heard back on that let alone a gift card for the $25.00 cost of reinspection and time attendant to all these issues. I didn’t even mention delivery at 11:38 pm at night and my wife and I were awakened to take delivery of the vehicle. Don’t get me started there either-it was ECarOne who hired the moving company to transport the vehicle. More
