Johnny T was amazing! I was looking for 2021 BMW 530I and called eCarone as not many in my area in Dallas Texas. They had one and I put a deposit that was refundable and was able to go over the weeken and called eCarone as not many in my area in Dallas Texas. I loved the price and it was lowest than what I had seen on other sites. The car was fantastic and called him back within the day to let him know I was buying it. I could not get to the dealership until the next weekend but everything went so smooth with trading in my car and getting my car. Service both with Johnny was amazing and using eCarOne. I hope they move to Dallas at some point as I will buy all my cars from them. He is excellent, loved the service, best price at hello and working with the finance group to get everything signed. I inquired about the 2018 BMW 750 I for sale. I was ready to come to dealership to test drive the vehicle but was told that the vehicle was not available to drive because they had to replace rear brake ready to come to dealership to test drive the vehicle but was told that the vehicle was not available to drive because they had to replace rear brake rotors and brake pads as well as replace both rear tires. I asked to be the first to know when vehicle would be ready. After a week went by I received a call from the dealership telling me the car had been sold. Now that’s pretty pitiful! More
