We had a fantastic experience buying our electric vehicle from Impex today. We dealt with Austin who provided outstanding service. We never felt pressured and he answered all of our questions about a very technical vehicle. This was the smoothest, most hassle free car transaction we've had, period. The Impex website was what grabbed us to begin with. It was accurate in its representation of the cars and, most importantly, current. We felt comfortable driving 100+ miles to ultimately purchase our vehicle! When we're ready for a third EV, we'll call Austin at Impex pronto!

Just bought a van from them. The salesman was very pushy and seemed to be in a hurry. After I got home I started checking the papers I had signed and seen they had charged me more than what Carfax had it listed for. So don't do like me and trust these people. If you deal with them check everything because they are not trustworthy. BEWARE!!!!

We had a really good experience at University Kia. We bought a new Carnival and worked with Yoshida. Yoshida was great to work with. She listened well, gave us all the information we needed, and was always transparent and never pushy with the sale. There were a few small hiccups with the paperwork, but remedied quickly. I can't yet speak to the service department, as we haven't utilized them yet, but I would definitely buy a car again from University Kia.
