I blame myself for this fiasco we find ourselves in. Lesson learned: keep friendship and emotions out of business transactions. I thought I could trust you to do what you say. I thought our long tenured relationship meant something. I thought you would stand on your promises as you’ve done in the past. I was absolutely wrong.
