The experience was not at all what I was expecting. They were kind during the purchasing experience but not helpful at all during the trade in and business side of the transaction. There were a couple of issues (not the fault of the dealership) that needed to be resolved, and the eCarOne team took care of it. Not only was the experience a good one, the car was in pristine condition. I will definitely consider the dealership if I am in the market for a higher-end pre-owned vehicle. More
