I am TRULY Blessed with an amazing family, a fulfilling career I love, and having an amazing dealership to go to! My family just puts a smile in my heart. I can not be thankful enough. My career allows me to assist in reaching YOUR vehicle goals. There is so much to consider like research, inventory, test drive, purchase, learning your vehicle, etc. I want to help you make sense of it all. It makes me happy to help! And life is too short to live unhappy! About half of my monthly sales are to repeat customers, referred customers or new customers who saw my reviews. We couldn’t be more pleased from the care and service we received from Belinda that started with a phone call inquiring on our vehicle needs. Legit, we only had one Toyota we were willing to buy- the RAV4 received from Belinda that started with a phone call inquiring on our vehicle needs. Legit, we only had one Toyota we were willing to buy- the RAV4 hybrid Woodland edition and if you know anything about this model they are hard to come by. Belinda went above and beyond from that first interaction via the phone listening to my needs and let me know that they had one, yes ONE, Woodland coming to their dealership and offered to hold that for us with a deposit (completely refundable) for us to see, test drive, and make a decision if the vehicle fit our needs. Belinda kept me informed every step on the way since it took a few weeks for the vehicle to arrive with texts and was accessible with any questions I had without hesitation. When we arrived to the dealership I felt at ease the moment she greeted us, her warmth preceded her. At no point during our interactions with her did we feel pressured, rushed, or forced to make any decisions in an urgent manner. Belinda was collaborative warm and approachable- at no point was there any slimy-ness with my interactions with her that sadly, are often present in dealers. All the little touches and details down to the bow on my new vehicle made this experience memorable and pleasant! Thank you Belinda for all your help and making my vehicle purchase as stress free and comfortable as ever, I’ll be sending you some referrals for sure! More
