Very inconsistent and unclear selling method. Told me that Russell wasn't ever available even though he is the sales manager. This was after John in internet sales told me that Brian was the sale Told me that Russell wasn't ever available even though he is the sales manager. Told me I can only get the price I was looking for if the stars aligned perfectly after previously telling me two days before they could certainly meet that request. More
