I went to drive a bunch of different models to narrow down what I really liked but they didn't have any models with the specific packages I wanted. Bryan kept me in the loop as new inventory arrived matching what I wanted. He also answered about 40 questions via email, always promptly, sometimes chasing down the answer in other departments.
