EchoPark, I fully documented the Tire problem via TXT with photos and the repair bill from Discount Tire and several phone calls to Dominic & Liz. The last info I had had was over a month ago when Liz told me your service department would get back to me with a proposed settlement. I have heard nothing since. John Warner, jackeage@aol.com
