Before coming here I went to another dealer in Hurst for a CX-5. The customer service was awful. eCarOne and Adam were a complete 180 with complimentary drinks and even letting me take a test drive alone (w a CX-5. Although these are little things they add up when buying a car. The process was slower but was not their fault at the system that does all their paper work was down. More

I was very pleased that the process that the dealer and the customer service representative who I work with were able to help me with. I was hesitant to buy a car that I had not seen myself and they help m the customer service representative who I work with were able to help me with. I was hesitant to buy a car that I had not seen myself and they help me through the process and went over and above what was necessary.
