The overall experience was good. Ethan was knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing to be improved was the length of time it took, I was there about 3 1/2 hours and test drive 2 ve Ethan was knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't realize some are "ghost" vehicles that hadn't arrived. More
