***BEWARE***I would give less stars if I could. I have been trying to get a new car after a bankruptcy, Autocity said they could help. After shotgunning my credit to 12 lenders they said I was app I have been trying to get a new car after a bankruptcy, Autocity said they could help. After shotgunning my credit to 12 lenders they said I was approved on a Sonata. I told “Frank” on Friday I would be there on Monday to get the car. I live 4 hours away, 2 hours into the trip I call to let them know I’m almost there and guess what, they sold the car on Sunday. So now I am out 4 hours drive time back and forth , a huge ding in my credit and no car. After talking to the manager , he said maybe we find you a new one. Just unprofessional and unhelpful. Maybe you’ll have a better experience than me. More

Manager was easy to talk to over the phone. No unnecessary info. Straight to the point. On arrival to the Dealership, it was clean and uncluttered. Hand sanitizer readily within reach. Mr. Stan, Mr. Isaac and Mr. Mike was very helpful and got me the car I wanted today. They were patient and knowledgeable with all the cars and process of getting me out from a bad deal!
