The people working there is rude they don't know how to treat a customer. After I bought the car, I went back to the dealer because I had some concerns and I wanted to ask some questions. The personal didn't want to answer my questions and Mr. Saab was really upset with me. He was not answering my question and the tone if voice he was using was totally unacceptable. When I went to talk to Nino to ask for someone else to help me, he completely ignored me and Mr. Saab expressed in front of the other employees that he didn't want to talk to me. I left and I decided to never go back to that dealer. But two weeks later, my brand new Kona broke in the middle of the freeway. Without any reason, it just stopped working! The tow truck had to take it to the dealer and I asked to talk to the general manager. He treated me the same way I was treated some days before. Basically he ignored me when I expressed that a brand new car cannot be like mine after 2 weeks. I told him that they should give me a different car, but he was annoyed and he just said "I can't do anything". I was there for about 3 hours and they said they are going to fix it. That was yesterday, and I have been calling today to see if they already know what happened but they don't answer my calls. AVOID going to this dealer (Hyundai Downey), my daughter bought her car at Cerritos and their services are way better. If you go to Hyundai Downey, be prepared for the worst experience of your life! Seriously! More
