From Sales To Service, Nightmare After purchasing a 50K vehicle, a brand new Pacifica, the ball was dropped. No replies, no response, selling warranties they don't honor. BUYER BEWARE After purchasing a 50K vehicle, a brand new Pacifica, the ball was dropped. No replies, no response, selling warranties they don't honor. BUYER BEWARE! GO somewhere else! Owner won't reply, service won't return phone calls, they trick you with one warranty and sell you another. Parts inside car were "missing" until 7 months later, they change the price on warranties every time you ask, and then proceed to tell you, you bought the wrong one. Honestly I have never dealt with such incompetence even after complaining all the way to Chrysler Corporate. SCAM OPERATION WITH AWFUL SERVICE. More
