Terrible and unprofessional experience! tried to purchase a brand new Jeep Compass Trailhawk that's been on the lot for 257 days brand new CASH as advertised online for $28,960 but would no tried to purchase a brand new Jeep Compass Trailhawk that's been on the lot for 257 days brand new CASH as advertised online for $28,960 but would not let me while deployed overseas with the miltary. I even talked to the GM about the issue and he even gave the same round about. They claimed that the price online is only for those that qualify with the best credit with Rebates qualifying as Military, Law Enforcement, and current/prior Stellantis customer all together as a bundle. The dealership is looking for a Unicorn customer that hardly exists. The dealership was trying really hard to get me to finance when I the customer made it clear that I wanted to purchase cash. When the Dealership showed me the invoice for pricing, the price had drastically gone up from $28,960- $37,534 which is ridiculous and a total bait and catch. their online website and AutoTrader for this vehicle does not specify any of the rebate conditions that I've stated above, to include the small print. I have found a way better professional customer service experience with GREENVILLE JEEP RAM CHRYSLER in GREENVILLE ALABAMA. found a brand new never been owned by anyone a 2023 Jeep Trailhawk Elite package and sun & sound group with 5k miles for $28,954 and selling it to me for $25,500 CASH with a trade in value of $6,830 when Naples only offered me $5,300. GREENVILLE JEEP IN ALABAMA has made my transaction process beyond simple and easy. my saleswoman has been amazing along with the General Manager who made the deal work while abroad. Out of all of the dealerships I've worked with, NAPLES JEEP has been my worst encounter ever! very disappointed in the lack of professionalism when dealing with a cash buyer trying to unnecessarily go beyond to convince them to finance CASH is still KING last I checked. NAPLES JEEP is a MAJOR CATCH AND BAIT SCAM AND GET UPSET WHEN YOU CATCH THEM AND CALL THEM OUT, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS THAT STATE SIMILIAR EXPERIENCES TO MINE READ THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS AND DO NOT SHOP THERE!!! More

I bought a jeep here and they hit me with 11% rate, not only because of my credit but she knew I could not run my credit again and have a fighting shot at getting a vehicle. I didn't write this review when only because of my credit but she knew I could not run my credit again and have a fighting shot at getting a vehicle. I didn't write this review when I bought the vehicle because it was back in 2021, I am sharing my whole experience. The reason I am writing this review is because this dealership is the worst with returning calls. My vehicle was paid off in July of 2023 and I have called no less than 15 times, and they have not sent me the difference for gap. If you enjoy communication with your vehicle purchase and ongoing, this is not the dealership. More
