I called before I came and when I arrived Matt Boutte was prepared and had the car out front ready to show me and the keys for my 2nd requested car ready too! I was treated with respect and it was such a calm and easy buying experience. Not at all like my other recent car shopping experiences. There was no pressure whatsoever trying to talk me into a car. Just mutual respect and I feel we both came out feeling good about our deal. Jeremiah in the Finance dept. was very helpful as well. He did not try to force me to buy the most expensive package of warranties, he talked to me about my needs andwe went from there. I don't feel like I was sold something I did not want or need.
