You have a great employee and person on Mike Nelson. He is outstanding very nice very helpful and follows through with his word. Went to see a used 2020 civic sport sedan. Intially left as we could not come to an agreement. Called them later in the day to say lets work out an agreement. The next day they call to say we have an agreement in place. An hour later they call back to say they sold the car to someone else. Terrible experience. Will never go back. More

As a first time car buyer, I can't say I wasn't nervous when I first walked up to the dealership. I could not thank Mike Nelson enough for an amazing experience. We never felt pressured to go for one car or the other. He made everything easy.
