I’ve been dealing with Flemington BMW for almost 37 years, one particular sales consultant to be exact. Now since his retirement I now deal with Vince and Cindy. When I ordered an M3 Competition XDrive from Flemington BMW, I was told I would receive a $66,600.00 trade-in for my 2023 Audi RS5. I questioned the trade in value they offered, as I was told it would take BMW, I was told I would receive a $66,600.00 trade-in for my 2023 Audi RS5. I questioned the trade in value they offered, as I was told it would take 3+ months for the new car to arrive. I was told to keep the additional mile age low and as long as there were no accidents, I would get the promised amount. When the car arrived on March 25, 2025, they made me wait for about 30 minutes before I was to meet with the Business Manager. I saw her and asked what the holdup was and she told me they were working on the trade value. I mentioned that 4 months I waited, I only added 1,500 mikes and of course did not have an accident. It should have been a no brainer for them to finish the sales process. After 20 or so minutes, the salesman came back and said they could only give me $62,400.00 for the Audi. In my opinion, they knew they wouldn't be giving me the $66,500.00 trade-in from the beginning. When I wrote up purchase agreement, they did write in that if they didn't give me the $66,500.00 which was stated as a part of the agreement, they would refund my $13,500.00 deposit after they sold the car. While I don't think it will take that long for the car to sell, I texted the salesman I was working with if he could encourage the dealership to refund my deposit right away. He replied stating I signed the agreement knowing it would be reappraised and therefore my deposit won't be returned until they sell the car. at the end of the day, a great experience, buying my first BMW was a very disappointing ordeal. More

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Flemington BMW. I was originally looking for a pre-owned BMW, but decided to see if buying new would be better. Turns out when you deal with Ralph online and Ja BMW. I was originally looking for a pre-owned BMW, but decided to see if buying new would be better. Turns out when you deal with Ralph online and Jack in the showroom, it works out better buying new. Noha in the F&I department was great to deal with, a real xxxxxxpro. I couldn’t be happier with this amazingly dealership. Strange side note, but every car my wife and I bought in the last 15 years, except for one other, involved having to re-polish it when I got it home. The polish team there is great. My new car looks perfect. More

A few weeks ago I walk into the dealer for something silly. I bump into Tom and in the background, is a Portimão Blue 2 series. It just checked every box!!! We take a look at the car, and shortly we silly. I bump into Tom and in the background, is a Portimão Blue 2 series. It just checked every box!!! We take a look at the car, and shortly we're back on the road. After 10 minutes of silence, my wife says "that's a great car"!! we turn around, find Tom, and schedule time for the next weekend....and today, that Portimão blue car sits in our garage. The whole process is just SO easy and SO much fun! Tom has sold us 6 cars over the years and every single one is a grand slam!!! Buying a BMW is just plain fun!! Delivery day is more fun than Christmas as kid!! Thank You Tom Terrill - I hope our relationship continues for many more years!!!!! I look forward to the next 6 cars. More

He listened to and responded to questions without exaggerated embellishment. He was great and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He also was thorough with the follow up and explained all aspects of the sales process in an understandable manner. More
