My daughter and I went to Downey Hyundai to lease a car. We were greeted by David, Lala and Rafael who made great efforts to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They all were kind enough to show us around the showroom. They made all attempts to guide us through the available cars they had. I have to say that this was by far is our best car shopping experience. The salesmen were adept and also very informative. They made sure to answer each and every question we had patiently! They were literally the best! We really appreciate the time, the effort and the great energy you guys invested. It sure won’t be our last time coming here! My original impression was okay. My sales person was helpful. I was told that multiple items were already on the car and had to be purchased. These were 3m protective coat, LoJack an My sales person was helpful. I was told that multiple items were already on the car and had to be purchased. These were 3m protective coat, LoJack and Nitro tires. On the night of my purchase one tire was low with air. They filled it but could not confirm it was filled with the Nitro air. They said no problem. Bring it back and they would fix it. After several days I got my log on information for Lojack. I had to go back to the dealer for hardware to be installed. Seemed strange since they told me it was already there but I made an appointment. Brought my car in for 3 things. 1. The Nitro air 2. the lojack install and 3 a detail that was promised me when I purchased the car. Brought my car in Thursday for a 7:30 am appointment on Friday. Told the service consultant the 3 items that need to be completed. 1. Fix air in tires, 2 install and fix LoJack and 3 a full detail since they were unable to complete it when I bought the car. I was told I would hear from them by 11am Friday. They did not call. I called at 215 and was told ooops the people doing the detail were leaving and someone would call me back in 5 minutes. I confirmed everything else was going to be done. They did not call. I called again at 3:30 said I am on my way os my car ready. Again I was promised someone would call me back. Again they did not. I arrived at 4pm (just shy of 24 hours after I dropped it off) noone knew what was going on. I waited about 30 minutes and went back to service. First I was told it was being it was on the otherside being washed. Then I witnessed it being driven to the side I was on to be washed. When i finally got my keys (after about an hour and 20 min) I was told the only service they did was the LoJack. I asked who I should talk to that other items were not done I was again told they would call me. Again they did not. I tried all weekend to connect my car to LoJack. I called the dealer again multiple times on Monday. Noone return calls. I called LoJack Monday night. It turns put it was not installed correctly. I called again today and was told I would be called back. Again no return call. So I was forced to purchase 2 additional items LoJack and nitro tires. Neither of which I wanted. Over $1500 in items that they did not install correctly. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. Letting, and manny start returning phone calls of customers. Service manager your communication is horrible. Again I am asking for someone to fix the problem. You are in breach of contract as you have not performed the items you made me purchase. I purchased my car on 2/1, Brought it in to be fixed on 2/23. Called multiple times to get it fixed. Was called by service manager on 2/27, he promised to fix the problem. He promised to call me and update me. it is now 3/3 with no resolution. Horrible service. Do not use this Dealer or service department. More
