This one was interesting for me, because I knew the vehicle I wanted. The colors, the options, the exact spec, and I knew not a dealership in 250miles had the vehicle. I’d called dealerships in Iowa, Michigan, Indiana, Steve found it, within minutes, this guy knows his stuff. Now that the vehicle was found, it was all about the art of the deal. Steve really was very transparent, but he went above and beyond to deliver a transparent, authentic, and very customer centric buying experience. I really didn’t plan on leasing a vehicle that day, but Steve changed that for all of the right reasons. I’ve been very happy with the vehicle, it’s an excellent fit for our family, and Steve has become a friend, which extends way beyond the car purchase experience. I went in on a Wednesday a week after the deal was done to grab my floor liners, he helped me install all of them. He’s just a great guy, and I’m fortunate to have met him. We meet certain people, at certain times in our life, and I would recommend Steve to anyone looking for a GMC product. More

Service writers were quick with the check in process. I waited for my car for an oil change. They had guest wifi, I was able to quickly connect and work in a quiet space while waiting on my car.
