If you have an option go somewhere else or at least don't let them register your car. The only service this company provides is lip service. Their motto is "we will get back to you shortly". That shortly is let them register your car. The only service this company provides is lip service. Their motto is "we will get back to you shortly". That shortly is at least a week. And when you contact them again you get the same reply. We purchased a new car. They offer to file for tags on your behalf. At first glance this looks like terrific service (which you pay for btw) except what they don't tell you is that the tag will arrive in 30-60 days after purchase (hopefully, as I have zero hope at this point) . The problem is your temporary tags expire in 30 days. You contact them worrying about it and they tell you cops do not issue tickets for this. (Any police officers please feel free to confirm/refute this claim). Only after a week of daily messaging and contacting them after the tags have expired they tell you that it is possible to get it via email. When you speak about this with managers they talk to you aggressively claiming they didn't know there is an issue. To which my reply is are you incompetent or a liar? I am dreading hunting down the second remote. Their claim is due to chip shortage there is a wait of 3 months. First time and definitely last time customer here. More

I had a very good experience with Trini (salesperson) and Estevan, who went over the car's technology with me. I appreciate it when a salesperson doesn't make me feel pressured to make a decision and I felt Estevan, who went over the car's technology with me. If I had to complain about anything it would be the long wait to get all the financing in order. It may have just been a busy day for sales as it was Memorial Day. My husband and I came in at 10:30 AM, took care of business with Trini, and didn't get out of there until 1:30 PM! I was committed to buying the car so it was worth the wait, but on a normal day, I may have scrapped the whole idea. More

I live in Albuquerque and read the excellent reviews on Toyota of Santa Fe. I ordered a new vehicle on-line which was simple and efficient. After I submitted my pre-order, I was contacted by Trini and he Toyota of Santa Fe. I ordered a new vehicle on-line which was simple and efficient. After I submitted my pre-order, I was contacted by Trini and he explained the initial ordering process and kept me informed throughout the build. On the date of delivery, I signed the forms electronically then drove up to Santa Fe and handed finance a cashier check in full and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
