We visited AutoNation Hyundai O'Hare to test drive, not purchase in the moment, a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. As Mazda owners, we expected we'd also test drive the CX-50. Our salesman, Beto, was friendly purchase in the moment, a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. As Mazda owners, we expected we'd also test drive the CX-50. Our salesman, Beto, was friendly, knowledgeable, and confident - a true professional. He quickly introduced us to the General Manager, who was equally professional. As we began discussing pricing, we decided we didn't need to consider the Mazda CX-50 (another great model, I am sure). Beto and his GM worked with us to get us a price we appreciated and a finance offer we couldn't pass up. All of this, combined with a great standard warranty, we knew we were making the right choice. Note - the finance guy's demeanor and service were equally impressive! A final note of the outstanding service we received - we had a little trouble getting one of the license plates off the vehicle we were trading in. Beto let us know he'd have his service department take care of it in the morning, and we could stop by and get the plate then. To my surprise and delight, he called me to let me know the plate was ready and he'd bring the plate to our house and put it on our new car!
