I got reccomended to James Kirpanos at this dealer after trying really hard to purchase a X3 at a dealer in my area. Those dealers all tried to overcharge me and I for the first time refused to get taken ad trying really hard to purchase a X3 at a dealer in my area. Just had my car in for an oil change. Customer service was excellent and they kept me updated as they worked on it.
