Friendly & professional and lots of space in their waiting lounge with complimentary coffee, tea, water and big flat screen TV. I have had issues with my Ioniq since purchasing the vehicle with fixes that are readily available with some research. However, service center claims ignorance and is usually unwilling to provide a loan vehicle with fixes that are readily available with some research.
