Easily the most enjoyable new car purchase in years! No one was pushy. Sam was super friendly & helpful, and Andrew helped with some VW-specific tips. I picked up my first Subaru Outback today from the Dean Team and couldn’t be any happier. Luci Whanger was awesome to work with and I had zero pressure to buy. Actually I was just there to test drive f Team and couldn’t be any happier. Luci Whanger was awesome to work with and I had zero pressure to buy. Actually I was just there to test drive for a possible future purchase months away. But I was so surprised with a deal and great rate available right then so I took it. The finance was handled by Ike Dean who made it clear and simple. As a retired Toyota Tech (42yr) my Toyota owning days are now over. My wife’s next vehicle will be Dean Team Subaru from Luci. Dean Team was true to the word. Honest to the word. Ed Gerardo was knowable and articulate. Ed listens very well and doesn't hesitate to say he doesn't know but quickly get the a Honest to the word.
