Jim was amazing as the service technician. Not only was he friendly but her went above and beyond what his job duties entailed to make sure any issues that I had with the vehicle were resolved Not only was he friendly but her went above and beyond what his job duties entailed to make sure any issues that I had with the vehicle were resolved and resolved quickly. This went above and beyond due to the fact that all I went in for were recalls on the vehicle. To him it did not matter, he searched into my braking issue and went outside his duties to get it fixed. Jim the service mechanic deserves all the praise he can be afforded. Job well done. More
