Dealership started experience started out great but has quickly taken a turn in the wrong direction, bought a truck 8 days ago and had to take it in for service less then 34hrs later. The service department won't touch it since the warranty paperwork hasn't come through yet. So it's been 8 days now and I've only driven my truck for 1 day. Thorough diagnostic service and I appreciate that. However, labor costs for maintenance is way too high. Almost $200 to replace O2 sensor that takes 10 minutes. I do myself.
