My salesman denied there was not a problem with the tires, when I expressed concern .Stated they passed inspection I have not been in this vehicle a year Initally When I purchased this vehicle I ha tires, when I expressed concern .Stated they passed inspection I have not been in this vehicle a year Initally When I purchased this vehicle I had an issue with the tires Went a tire shop for repair and was told the tires were not good there was visible dry rot Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. After my service I was told I needed new tires My point exactly . I am very irritated that I was gaslighted about the tires I had just purchased new tires for the vehicle I traded I should not have to purchase tires for a car I've had less than a year Not a happy customer I probably will not be making any further purchases with Chevrolet My goal is to get rid of this car ASAP I have had outstanding experience with the service dept . No complaints More

Dave Shelton is certainly the worse car salesperson there is! My husband and I drove over an hour to test drive and purchase a truck that we had already gotten financing for, only to find out it was sold le is! Dave had even sent us the VIN number, the bottom dollar on the vehicle and the F&I worksheet as well! Dave had been in contact all week with my husband, and also received the text message from my husband just a few hours before stating we were on our way, yet when we walked into the dealership he acted like he knew nothing! He acted like he had no idea what vehicle we were talking about. My husband proceeded to let him know that he had actually even text back from a message that was sent earlier in the day. His dishonesty, and condescending behavior and how he handled the whole interaction was very unprofessional! I can’t imagine how someone so dishonest and clueless can be representing a dealership! Unfortunately, it made it to where we will take our business elsewhere, and will never refer any friends, or family! He wasted our time and I hope any future customers of his really has his full undivided attention! More

I am having the absolutely horrible experience with their service team. Mike was absolutely ignorant over the phone with me. I originally requested a tune-up and a diagnostic test to see what was wrong with service team. Mike was absolutely ignorant over the phone with me. They authorized repairs themselves without speaking to me, stating that they called my father because he dropped it off for me. On serveal different occasions I called and gave my contact information. Not once was I called, they took an old number from a previous service from 3 years ago and listed as my current number. Mike is supposed to be an advisor but has no communication skills. He called me everything but my name. And when I got upset he hung up on me. The supervisor Mr. Caldwell didn't take nothing I said seriously. This is a nightmare, I cant trust them while away working to provide any type of decent customer service. How is it legal to work on someone's car when it wasn't approved by the registered owner. They didn't even do the service I requested. Do not endorse them. All I'm getting is excuses why they did what they did instead of an apology. More
