I have had my Jeep serviced here several times and have always been happy with the service advisor. This time I had Francisco and he was quick, explained what would occur over the visit and arranged a cour always been happy with the service advisor. Friendly enough personnel. Was a bit disappointed there was no haggling over prices. I mean, the car was decent price. Lowballed me on my trade in. Arnie went all out trying to help me get into a car but the car was as is and it frightens me! He then got the finance team to offer me a 4 year warranty with GAP but the monthly payments became too high l the car was as is and it frightens me! He then got the finance team to offer me a 4 year warranty with GAP but the monthly payments became too high like $607! Kudos to Arnie he tried real hard to help me and I appreciate that! More
