Terrible experience in leasing. First they tried to bait and switch a special they were offering. I took a screen shot of their special and when I mentioned it to them the price was First they tried to bait and switch a special they were offering. The sales manager was upset that I had provided the screen shot and agreed to the original deal. Everything was supposedly fine until it was time to pick up the car. They said that the credit check was never ran and when they ran it the day of pickup we did not qualify. But no courtesy call that there were any issues. STAY AWAY from this dealership. More

Then proceeded to walk to to the waiting room , explained a few more things to me and came back when my vehicle was completed, went over the bill with me , walked me to the payment center and shook my hand and away I went . I can’t say enough good things about him. He is very kind and caring and I feel confident that he is offering me the proper service, I commend him for his customer service skills , it’s very important to me as a female that knows very little about vehicles, i appreciate his honesty.
