My wife was initially working with sales. Once I got off work and came as I was the sole purchaser, I was met with being rushed to sign documents when I had a few questions. It seems not many people there are trained on exact information regarding the vehicles and while you had to get my vehicle that I ended up purchasing transferred from a sister location, it was a super hassle to get the staff to provide any maintenance information regarding it by contacting the sister store. Also, my vehicle should not have passed any safety inspection as it has a non-working seatbelt. I am trying to get this rectified but getting responses from you guys has been super slow and I honestly expected better customer service. More
Took 3 hours before they could tell me they hadn’t started working on car and then tells me it’ll be done in 2-3 hours after the time I had already waited.
