Jarrod Dozier is my advisor today. I have never met a Mercedes employee who is as unprofessional and rude as Jarrod. He has a disdainful attitude when my father doesn't speak English w I have never met a Mercedes employee who is as unprofessional and rude as Jarrod. He has a disdainful attitude when my father doesn't speak English well. If a luxurious car company like Mercedes has an employee like him, the company should reconsider. I was very upset when I saw my father being looked down upon by him and we were Asian so he discriminated against us compared to other customers. I need to talk to his boss or the dealer must contact me to apologize to my dad about this. I bought the car and paid for service, we don't deserve to be treated like that. More
