Thanks for replying , In short our desires for color of our new car were ignored , even still we were still considering working with the sales guy tyler , when he got back from vacation, but part way through we had to put a hold on the whole thing due to a delay in getting a check that we expected. We asked for our deposit back and we were told 7-10 business days , after we had waited 8 business days with no refund to our credit card. I called and was told you guys never even submitted the refund ( which , let’s be real only takes seconds to initiate ) once you guys actually initiated the refund , it only took 4 days to be back in our card. we could have had that refund in 4 days not 12 if you guys had put some priority on it. Instead we decided if this is how you guys work we would go elsewhere . We did and bought 2 new cars at Honda of Altoona , which I think is owned by Lithia too, but it just shows your dealership is only as good as the sales people and back office for each dealership. Side note had I known before we went there that Honda of Altoona was owned by Lithia and that Ramsey was also, I would have thought twice about buying from any Lithia Dealer
