My 2024 Chevy Equinox was brought in with a wrecker because it stoped running. I talked to the service person named Steve. He was very pleasant and said he was sorry for my inconvenience and that he wo because it stoped running. I talked to the service person named Steve. He was very pleasant and said he was sorry for my inconvenience and that he would get it taken care of as soon as possible. Kept me informed on the ordering of the part and when it would be in. He even called to let me know the part was in and that the technician had started to install the part. Called me when the job was done and was very pleasant and respectful & apologized again for my inconvenience. Never had that kind of service when I was going to Norman Freede for my other vehicle. Definitely will be a Ron Carter go too from this day forward. Thanks Ron Carter & Steve in the service department for a great experience at a not so great time. Ken Jolly More
